✦ TERMS OF SERVICE ✦
by commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms:
rights/usage: the artist is reserved to reject a commission for any reason. Client may post/use the final product as they see fit, but with proper credits to the artist. Absolutely no NFT or AI training, no commercial use unless specified, no alteration to the final product. The artist may use the commission for a portfolio or/and as a sample unless specified otherwise, in which case extra payment will be required
refund policy: You may receive a full refund only if I have not started your commission. If I have started your commission, I will issue a partial refund based on how much work is done. If I cannot finish your commission for whatever reason, you will be refunded in full. No refunds will be issued once artwork has been completed.
disclaimer: The client should be aware of the artist's skill level and artstyle, no accusations should be made in case the final artwork is unsatisfactory (the artist is open to respectful and constructive criticism only)
communication: The artist and the client are responsible for keeping communication, if the artist is left without reply for over 7 business days, the commission will be considered cancelled

TAT:
Depending on my workload the turnaround time is between 1 week to 1 month. Once your position in the queue is determined, I will provide an estimate time for start and completion. Throughout the completion time the customer may request a WIP at any point, and in case if there is a delay in completion you will be let known.1. Commission details, queue, and price discussed
2. Commission started once first 50% is paid
3. Sketch sent for approval (revision period 1)
4. Base colors sent for approval (revision period 2)
5. Watermarked final piece is sent for approval
second 50% is paid
6. Full version without the watermark is sentnote: a maximum of 3 remarks can be made during each revision period (sketch, base colors), further remarks have to be paid extra
